Is it better to boil sausage than to fry it? If you boil it, then you'd use 0 oil. If you fry, then you'd use some oil.

Basically you recommend to not take any fat. Is that right? Is there any instance that we should take some fat in your opinion?

I suggest frying it, mostly because I HATE boiled sausage. If you use a little bit of olive oil in a good non-stick or iron frying pan you will get the best results. olive oil has actually been proven to be good for you in samll doses. Another thing that you can add to the olive oil in the pan is alitte bit of minced garlic. not only will it make it taste good but garlic is also good for your system

It completely depends upon the person who is eating, he/she might like boiled sausage or might not.But if you prefer not to take any fat they either you can go for boiled sausage or can even grill it.

boiled sausage? Pop it in the oven on a grill to grain the fat. If you are really worried about fat then eat lean pork cuts instead. A little fat is essential in our diet anyway.
