Eating frozen pizza and pasta all the time can't be good, but how about frozen plain food? Like frozen meat, frozen fish, frozen vegetables?

Usually most processed food is not good for you, Due to all the bad fats in them, however some frozen vegetables and fruit can still be very health as they are forzen very young and contain all the vitamines and minerals of fresh sometimes more, however it is always best to eat a varied diet mixing fresh with frozen.

it is good if we avoid junks
About frozen food i want to say that some vitamin destroy if we keep food preserved for long time.
So it will be better if we take fresh food as much as possible.
Atleast say no to junk.

I think the idea is that you let it defrost first... maybe even cook it, too. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

I would say frozen foods are always clean as compared to the one available in market. though there have little value of vitamins.
