no - but if you are getting cramps during or after exercising you might need salt to keep a proper balance in your body and you might need sugar as a fast energy boost to your muscles

I agree 100%, I think that most of the "sports drinks" are a pile of *****. If you are hydrated, and eat right 90% of the time you will not have to add electrlytes during workout, or eat sugar. Sugar is simply a fast energy source and if you are eating the right amount of carbs during the day it shouldn't be needed

I took sugar and salt solution if i feel fatigue after working out.
but before exercise i took moderate amount of water.

usually i drink sugar and salt mixture in water or juice after workout. it fulfill my body with energy.

Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out,
the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control....
