I think, yoga is the best gimnastics for health. Hatha yoga accompanied with spiritual mental practice, like radja yoga, for instance. It is most natural way, man learns to hear his body, which knows what it needs.

it isnt the best way to exercise...... what about goin to the gym or goin for a run.... thats loads healthier

Ummm...I agree....if you want exercise, don't do yoga...yoga is not going to keep a person in shape. Going to the gym, running, swimming, lifting waits, etc...will keep a person in shape more than yoga ever will

well i'm too young and "restless" to fancy such an activity. I need a harder exercise and I took Martial Arts. But who knows, in some years I might get attracted to this.

I cannot say it's not interesting ...

I think yoga is good and everyone should add some yoga to their exercise and wellm being routines. Especially if it includes some form of meditation-very useful

I've been surfing for a while and there is nothing better for a surfer than yoga...Flexibility, breath control, etc...Yoga is also great food for the soul!!!

It is not only keep us physically healthy but also keep us mentally healthy.
Some pranayama like kapalbhati pranayam help to reduce weight as well gives us shinny skin.It also keep us mentally fit.

Its a misconception that yoga doesn't keep your body in shape and only heavy exercises can do that.
Yoga makes you fir from head to toe. All yoga postures helps you in:
1. Detoxication of your body
2. Weight reduction
3. Muscular tone up
4. Self awareness
5. Stress reduction and relaxation
6. Increases your eye vision, hair quality, skin glow
7. Cure all diseases like high/low BP problem,Osteoporosis, spondylitics and many more..

Its one of the best form of exercise which help to remain healthy..

Yes,Yoga is always good for health..I like power yoga.Power yoga is very helpful to keep body in proper shape and fit.Power yoga make bones strong and healthy.And power yoga reduced weight quickly.

Yoga for is only helpful to release your stressed but not the best exercise. I guess outdoor exercise is still the best to maintain a healthier body. Very Happy
