This is a video welcoming me and a friend into our new Free-running team Smile. The Urban Artists are some very talented individuals from Liverpool so it is an absolute joy to be working with them on many future projects. Please feel free to comment on this post. I hope you enjoy it.

Impressive.

Do you ever injure yourself doing this stuff?

Thanks very much Paul Smile. I would like to say nah it's fine you never hurt yourself. In actual fact I've broken about 15 bones and had various other bumps and scrapes. Still love it though so I power on through Very Happy.

Ouch... doesn't that make you a bit less agile/flexible? Must be doing some good physio.

I couldn't do anything like this, but I can run (slowly) for hours if I put my mind to it and put in the training... planning on marathon number 7 some time next year but not sure which one. Here's what I've done so far:

1997 London Marathon
1997 New York Marathon
1999 Seattle Marathon
2010 Windermere Marathon
2011 Edinburgh Marathon
2012 Coniston Trails Marathon
2013 ? ...suggestions please!

I attend a physio at least once a month to stay in good shape.

If you would like a hard marathon I would say look up the glencoe marathon in Scotland.

Thanks for the comments.
