A clip of me trying to take my free-running to a new level. In the sport that is rapidly progressing I feel the need to try double tricks to keep up with competition.

yess indeed man it is scarey doing any tricks outside for the first time. I would say that doubles and triples are worse because spotting the ground is near impossible when spinning so fast.

So how do you time it right so that you land on your feet?

Do you just keep practising and practising on a mat first?

Yeh it takes a few times on a mat or even a trampoline to get the feeling of how many times you rotate. After that you just have to trust yourself and judge the height of the drop correctly.
